Refunds and Exchanges

Our policy lasts 30 days.

We understand how difficult it can be to select personal items online. Therefore, all orders can be returned or exchanged within 30 days with proof of purchase for a full refund** Damage due to normal wear and tear is not eligible for exchange. Please note that you can return most Zenpersonshop  items (unused) in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are not included. Shipping and additional service charges such as gift wrapping are not refundable.

However, we will also pay for return shipping if the return is due to an error on our part (you received the wrong or defective item, etc.). If the item is in stock, you will be issued a refund or exchange once we receive the returned item. Please note that after an exchange, the item is not eligible for a refund. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

Sale items are not returnable or exchangeable once sold. Please note that returns and exchanges are not available in this case. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Return labels are provided for defective products within the policy period only.

Return shipping costs depend on the weight of the product, your shipping location, and the courier you choose.

If approved, we will process your refund and automatically apply the refund to your credit card or original payment method within 1 week. Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially credited. Next contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time for your refund to be credited. Sale items (if applicable)

 Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange it for an identical item, please email hello@zenpersonshop.com

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the return. Once we receive the returned item, we will mail you a gift certificate. If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver shipped the order to themselves to give it to you later, we will refund the gift giver and he will be aware of your return. 

Unlabeled returns

To return your product, you will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs of the returned merchandise. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. You may use your own shipping method. We strongly recommend using a shipper that provides a tracking number so you can track your shipment. Be sure to keep this tracking number for your records. Zenpersonshop is not responsible for packages lost in transit if sent via a non-trackable carrier.
