Therefore, all orders can be returned or exchanged within 30 days with proof of purchase for a full refund** Damage due to normal wear and tear is not eligible for exchange. Please note that you can return most Zenpersonshop items (unused) in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are not included. Shipping and additional service charges such as gift wrapping are not refundable.
However, we will also pay for return shipping if the return is due to an error on our part (you received the wrong or defective item, etc.). If the item is in stock, you will be issued a refund or exchange once we receive the returned item. Please note that after an exchange, the item is not eligible for a refund. Unlabeled returns
To return your product, you will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs of the returned merchandise. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
